Relapse - New Beginning

Work.  Life.  Marraige.  Food.  They don't go together very well.  Relaspe happens.  Weight is gained instead of lost or maintained.

I have fallen off the wagon and need to pick myself back up again.  It is time to restart this beast.

Day 0 Weight: 336.6 lbs
Day 91 Goal: 276.6 lbs
Final Goal Weight: 200 lbs

Diet: Eat Healthy foods.  Between 1500 and 2000 calories per day
General Diet Outline
Breakfast - 3x Cereal Bar (270 Cal) or 3x Eggs (240 cal), 8oz Orange Juice (100 cal)
Lunch - Ham, Turkey, Chicken, Bologna Sandwich (400 cal), Green Beans (65 cal)
Dinner - 8oz Chicken or 8oz steak (200-250 cal), Mixed Vegetables (150 cal)
Snacks - 1/2 cup peanuts (270 cal), Fruit Cocktail (230 cal), Popcorn (100 cal)

General Workout Outline
Tuesday - P90X, walking/jogging between 1 and 3 miles
Wednesday - P90X, walking/jogging between 1 and 3 miles
Thursday - P90X, walking/jogging between 1 and 3 miles
Friday - Hiking, walking/jogging between 1 and 3 miles
Saturday - P90X, walking/jogging between 1 and 3 miles
Sunday - P90X, walking/jogging between 1 and 3 miles
Monday - Doubles Tennis, walking/jogging between 1 and 3 miles
*I will sometimes play Tennis or another sport instead of my P90X for that day.

I restarted this diet and workout routine on 5/22/12.  I will try to update this blog on a daily basis.  I will upload Day 0 Pictures and Body measurements.  I will upload new pictures and body measurements every 30 days.  I will also do video blogs (vlogs) every couple of weeks.  I will try to setup links to where the vlogs can be found.

I am in a competition against dvg-p90x and tvg-p90x.  I will try to setup a link to their blogs, vlogs, or whatever else they are using to keep track of their progress.  Also I will try to setup a link to the website that is hosting our weightloss competition.
