What's been happeneing with me

Well, i took a break from workout because i was stressed out as school was ending and i was eating crap. Then i got a REAL job, and became stressed out, didn't do workouts and ate crap and probably put on about 15lbs. Then i had to have surgery and ended up back around 276 lbs. I was on doctors orders to lift no weight for 1 month so frankly, i ate food i shouldn't and didn't work out and ended back up to just over 290. To inspire myself to get back into the workout/diet routine, i created a NEW bet this time with 3 other family members dvg-p90x wanted to compete but does not have the time right now, so he will stop in from time to time to see how things go. The new bet is 60 days, biggest % Weight Loss to average out the weight differences, and each party has put up $20, so the Biggest Loser wins the $80 Jackpot. The new contestants are cvg-p90x, sj-p90x, and jj-p90x. The names are thus to keep it uniform even though not all are doing the p90x program.

Workout/diet routines will be as follows:
svg-p90x -> P90x routine again (skipping Yoga though), trying to eat healthy with small portions
sj-p90x -> Mostly P90x with some Running/Volleyball thrown in, trying to eat healthy with small portions
cvg-p90x -> Gym workouts, trying to eat healthy with small portions
jj-p90x -> Some P90x with Volleyball thrown in, trying to eat healthy with small portions

Also, im not planning a play-by-play like before, i will update the site weekly to update the spreadsheet showing what the current results are. Results should be updated Wed or Thurs at night.

back in the saddle again.....IM BACK!!!!

Day Something...??
Chest/Back
Weight 277.6 lbs

Awesome. It's been nearly a month since I last worked out while i was finishing up my last semester of college and break afterwards. And during that month I had no diet, i ate crap, i drank with friends. And during that whole time i ONLY put on just over 2lbs. I was worried i would put 15 lbs back on. So, I'm getting back into my groove. got this workout out of the way and am going to the store today to buy my diet foods. And my arms are so tired...lol.

its been one of the most hectic weeks of my school career as its winding down here. so i haven't been eatin my regular diet cause i haven't had time to run home to make things. i probably wont post every day like i did during the 90 day routine. but expect an update every few days to see how things are going. im still doing my daily routine setup that i layed out. although i did miss the most recent plyo because my back was tweakin out on me all day from carrying a 50lb backpack for 2 days and i missed my arms/shoulders routine because i was doing my senior presentation from 6am till 8pm yesterday.

Omelet 355
Canned Pears, Lite/Drained 210

Final Results

Day 91
stretch
weight: 274.4 lbs

Total Loss: 65.6 lbs
Percent Loss: 19.29%

Well, dvg barely hung onto his victory in our Percent Loss competition so I will congratulate him. Both competitors did an awesome job sticking to the program through the 90 days and it really shows in our results. Its very amazing that both parties stuck with it since all my friends that i recommended the program to either stopped within a week or within a month. But i can walk away with my head held high because im the victor of the Total Weight Loss category and I think im the victor in the beauty contest category (meaning i think my weight loss shows better) :P

Plans from here on out are to continue Tony's P90X program BUT I will implement SVG-P90X's Trim the Fat modifications to it. Meaning, im only going to be doing the things that make the routine EXTREME!!! But I will be basing my new routine off of Tony's layout and using his videos.

New Workout Order:
1. Chest/Back/Abs
2. Plyometrics
3. Shoulders/Arms/Abs
4. Legs/Back
5. Stretch
6. Back/Bicep/Abs
7. Plyometrics
8. Chest/Shoulder/Tricep/Abs
9. Legs/Back
10. Stretch
Rinse & Repeat

I'm thinking i will do 3 sets of those 10 workouts then enter a 5 day recovery week consisting of:
1. Core Synergistics
2. Kenpo
3. Core Synergistics
4. Kenpo
5. Stretch
Back to Business with the 3x10 routines.

Diet:
Water 0
Omelet 355
Granola Bar 95
Canned Pears, Lite/Drained 210
Banquet Lasagna w/Meat Sauce 340
Ham/Turkey Sandwich 260
Canned Corn 210

Total 1470

PS. man it's been awhile since i wrote this much in 1 post...lol
