Day 8/90
Chest, Back, Abs
Weight after 321.8 lbs
Wooooohhh! Feel the burn baby. Get pumped. I rocked the crap outta this weeks workout. Did every set but the inclined pushups which i still feel i'll have trouble with, next week i'll take em on. I did all reps in each set exept some advanced pushups (aka diamond, under fence things). Feel good, got the heart rate up, the muscles burning, face sweatin, breathing. GREAT! Next was the abs. Did like 4/5 of the first 3 sets, then about 1/2 of the next four or so. Then skipped the vertical leg lifts. Then did all the obliques, and 4/5 of the leg climbers. Then skipped the crazy finale cause i was smoked. Until next time ab ripper, when i finally rip u a new one.

Day 7/90
X Stretch
Weight After: 324.2
So this workout is an hour long worth of stretching. I basically seems like all the stretches used in all the previous videos all compilled into one big video and each stretch is held a little longer. Now its not all childs play, some stretches are very hard to do and i can't do them yet (like making ur body vertical while resting on your neck). But this video does also bring up a mild sweat. Getting prepped to restart all over again tomorrow.

Day 6/90
Kenpo X
Weight After: 326.2 lbs
So, Kenpo X was the workout planned for today and I was gettin pumped for it after i heard dvg-p90x had fun with it. My workout schedule changed a little today as i had a last minute meeting with my group called for this morning at 6AM (i was told last night) and i had to meet group at 5:15AM to drive too meeting spot. So i pushed back my workout till i got back home since there is no way i can wake up at 3AM. After getting homed, started this badboy up and had a blast. Tony is right about this one flying by, total workout time is like 58min but it only seems like your doing it for 20min. My cardio has gotten SO MUCH better over the last week alone. I remember day 1 i was breathing hard the whole time time and couldn't do everything. Now my heart is pumping, im breathin alot, but im not feeling impared or out of breathe so I dont have to stop. Fun workout indeed. Tomorrow is my REST day but instead of being a slouch all day im gonna be doing that X Stretch video that you can do instead of resting. Im guessing its a little less intense? I guess i'll find out.

Put into Perspective
To help convice myself to stick to my diet i've decided to compare my usual meals caloric intake to what my current caloric intakes are. I used to eat only about 2 meals a day. Usually 2 out of the following list of places per day:
Jack N the Box: Ultimate Combo Large size w/ DP + 2 Tacos ~ 2300 cal
Taco Bell: Spicy Crunchwrap Combo /pepsi + Taco + Beef Baja Chalupa ~ 1500 cal
Subway: 12" Chicken Bacon Ranch + Lrg Lemonade ~ 1200 cal
Panda Express: 2 Orange Chicken w/ half steamed rice, half chow meign ~ 1770 cal
Burger King: Wopper w/cheese meal King Size w/Coke ~1750 cal
Wing Stop: No official Answer, but they say 0 Carbs, and either no or low fat
Little Caesars Pizza: 14" peperoni ~2300 cal
Carl's Jr: Famous Star Meal Large Size w/Coke + Spicy Chicken ~2000 cal
So basically, on average my diet caloric intake per day is about 1/4 of the total caloric intake that i used to take prior to P90X + diet. So i'd say cuttin calorie intake + extreme workout = awesome weight loss results to come :)

The Water Fountain
Day 5/90
Legs, Back, abs
Weight after: 327.4 lbs
Woooh, this workout got my sweating like crazy. I was drippin from start to finish. I got all the way through legs/back on my first try :) with only short rest periods on a few of the exercises. The only exercise i couldn't really do was the 1 leg wall squat. I mean, comeon...holdin up a 320+ body with 1 leg is tough. But i'll get there is due time. Again with the ab ripper, i was pretty tired by the time this baby rolled on so for the first 4 or 5 parts i did most of the reps....then the next few i could only do a couple, then on the obliques i did almost all of them, then i was pooped and didn't attempt the crazy last exercise.

Banana (200 Cal) (Wow! didn't think that much)

New Scale, New Weights
Alright, so i think my other scale finally crapped out cause it was giving my weight ranges from 276-309 lbs. I assumed something like this may happen to my other scale because when I bought it, the box said it can only accurately measure up to 300 lbs, but it was all i had. And initially it giving my a 315lb weight seemed weird since 1.5 years earlier I went to the doctor and weighed 345lbs and in that time frame i did not exercise and i ate fast food almost everyday. So i decided to test my scale and picked up a 25lb weight and it came back error. So i then picked up a 10lb weight and it read 323lbs which is only 8lbs higher so i was sceptical of the readings and it must be reading light. So i should of either been about the same weight, maybe a little less, maybe a little more of my weight from 1.5 years ago.
So, today I went out and bought a Brand New scale. The box for this one says that it can accurately measure weight up to 400 lbs, with a 0.2 lb accuracy. So again i tested this scale using the previous methods, taking multiple weights of myself, then with a 10lb weight, and then with a 25lb weight. Here are my results:
Body Weight 1: 329.0 lbs
Body Weight 2: 329.0 lbs
Body Weight + 10lb weight: 338.8 lbs
Body Weight + 25lb weight: 353.8 lbs
Body Weight 3: 329.0 lbs
So basically, my test confirmed the accuracy of the scale to being within 0.2 lbs and so, from now on all weight messurements will be done on the new scale. All my previous weights should be disregarded since they were on an innacurate scale. Contest with DVG90X should be updated to new value. I dont know if you want to use my 329.0 lbs as my new base value or if you want a fluffed number of 340 lbs which is what i would guess that I weighed prior to starting this program since i feel lighter already and can see differences in my stomach every morning in the mirror :).

Day 4/90
Yoga
Weight after: ?? (my scale says i weight between 276 and 309 between different standings? I think its broken ROFL)
Okay, so this morning was yoga and its friggin long. The whole dog pose and pushups in the beginning for like 40min where killin me so I decided to do those with 1 knee down and still did the leg raises and swing unders. When we moved into warrior poses i stood back up. Surprisingly this routine gets you sweatin because you gotta hold ur body in weird angles. Some of these moves are way to advanced for me cause im not nearly as flexible as they are (put want hand behind your back and reach under your leg and grab your other hand?? wtf? more like scratch your lower back and the back of your leg at the same time LOL). Anyways I tried, and i like how this session ends with you just laying there in total relaxation.

arms, shoulders, abs
Day 3/90
Weight after: 309 lbs
So today was the arms, shoulders, abs routine. I rolled outta bed stiff with sore sides/backs or my arms so i was kinda dreading the arm routine when i was still stiff from the chest back routine. But after the initial warmup and stretch i was pretty lose and tore the whole workout up. The only two sets i had problems with where the Chair lift sequences where u hang off the chair and the lift your body with one arm while lying on the ground. All the other ones i completed. After this i started the ab routine for the 2nd time and decided i didn't wanna crap out like i did the first time so i paced myself. I didn't push to much and did about half of the reps for each exercise so that i was able to finish the whole routine. Now that i know what im in for i can do more each time I do this routine. Looking forward to another day of a stiff body. Also, i attribute my lack of weight loss to yesterday being friday in which i hang out with my friends and i ate a Footlong Sub and had Lemonade for dinner. Which is more than I planned on but atleast it wasn't complete junk food.
Diet for Today:
Water
Bowl of Cheerios
Banana
H/T sandwich
Chicken noodle soup

Put Your Hands in the Air, Jump around like you just dont Care
Day 2/90
Weight after: 309 lbs
Plyometrics
My legs are already not wanting to cooperate after doing this workout, on top of that, my arms and back are still sore from yesterday lol so that made the whole raise your arms sections more interesting. I didn't make it all the way through this week, got to the point were 17min were left on the tape. I watched the last two routines, first of which is the most intense looking of the program, followed by the fun filled sports routine which seems for lack of a better word fun. The rest of the day i look forward to leisurely paced walks too and from my classes, and getting up and sitting down very slowly in the desks.
Diet for rest of day: (edited)
Water
Small bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios
Banana
Chunky Vegetable Beef Soup (x2 i was hungry for lunch)
Footlong Chicken Bacon Ranch sub (out with friends friday night)
Lemonade (out with friends friday night)

Lets Get this started
Day 1/90
Chest and Back, Ab Ripper
After Workout Weight: 311 lbs (probably water weight)
So i got my copy of P90X yesterday so i started it today with the chest/back/ab workout. I haven't bought my resistance strap yet or pushup bars (doing that today). So for all the pull up portions i did the motions but didn't have any resistance. For the pushups i started normally but realized i would get burned way to fast an did all the rest of em with my knees on the ground. By the end, i was only able to do a couple pushups in each set before i was gassed. I made it through the whole video with mini breaks during each set since i couldn't do the whole time frame but i atleast tried everything. For the ab ripper, i made it about 4-5 minutes in before ejecting the tape (right after all the bicycle kick parts).
Diet for rest of day:

Before P90X
Weight: 315 lbs
Weight Loss Goal: 80 lbs
How to Accomplish Goal:
To lose the weight I plan on sticking to the P90X workout regimen and to have a diet that includes eating various types of meat, vegitables, and fruit in 4-5 small meals per day and drinking only water. I will also be taking a multivitamin.
