Plyometrics
My legs are already not wanting to cooperate after doing this workout, on top of that, my arms and back are still sore from yesterday lol so that made the whole raise your arms sections more interesting. I didn't make it all the way through this week, got to the point were 17min were left on the tape. I watched the last two routines, first of which is the most intense looking of the program, followed by the fun filled sports routine which seems for lack of a better word fun. The rest of the day i look forward to leisurely paced walks too and from my classes, and getting up and sitting down very slowly in the desks.

Chunky Vegetable Beef Soup (x2 i was hungry for lunch)
Footlong Chicken Bacon Ranch sub (out with friends friday night)
Lemonade (out with friends friday night)

LOL! "Put Your Hands in the Air, Jump around like you just dont Care", I love it. I can relate to the "leisurely paced walks", I have been leisurely walking around at work all week, in addition to the "getting up and sitting down very slowly."
yes, yes, the pain is apparent. I was having problems putting on/taking off my backpack all day.
