man did i have a great workout today. I was completely drenched from head to toe after this one and i was very burned out. skipped abs again (its a trend i know) cause i just wasn't feeling into it cause i was so smoked and i started feeling quesy since i hadn't eaten yet. oh well, still got great losses. I'll update my worklog eventually LOL, got like 4 entries to add :P
