so like i said i went out partying last night. I had to indulge a little in the fun since its been so long. For records sake i had about 50 oz of Miller Lite, 2 chips with cheese, 2 wings, and half of a turkey/ham focassia (or whatever) and a small salad. So i'd say that was about 700 cal.

Workout today went really well even though its been so long since i've done it.

another great one

i was tearin this baby up today. Did every last part of the warmup routine which i normally skip the last couple lunges and squat reaches. I was doing all the jumps in the jump routines rather than just bouncin up too my toes. Had a few interuptions and an audience briefly but i still did the best to date. The poundage gain doesn't bother me cause im eating very eratically right now and i wont get back into my steady eat routine for another few days. But considering such a gnarly workout today, im thinkin there may be some loses tomorrow, but tonights party might say otherwise :P

so i got a real late start and i have no way of doing my pullups right now. So i kinda did a half-a$$ workout today. Only did the first set of pushups because i was gathering a crowd and like dvg i dont like crowds watching me workout. skipped abs. On the plus side, i went out playing volleyball last night and got a good 1-2 hrs of exercise. Probably do it again in a few days. Downside was i ate at like 10pm last night (half hamburger and a salad).

feelin a little better

so yesterday i couldn't get around to doing my workout so i did it today and im skipping yoga. I actually think i got more of a virus rather than food poisoning like i thought. Cause not only was my stomach unsettled all day and my frequent bathroom visits, but halfway through the day i got all icy cold and had to turn off all my fans and turn on all my lights and cuddle under my blanket for a few hours to warm back up. Also, i could only eat about half of all my meals throughout the day due to a suppressed appetite from whatever i had.

Todays workout wasn't the most awesome cause i still feel a little drained from whatever i had yesterday, but i was able to do about 2/3 of the workout before i was completely drained of power.

well, i feel like absolute crap this morning. I went out with my visiting friend last night, ate some japanese food kinda late again. And i think i got some food poisoning or something cause this morning i've been in the bathroom alot and i feel horrible. If i feel good later in the day i'll try to knock out this routine. If not, i'll do this routine instead of the yoga. Drop in weight is cool considering i ate out and didn't do anything today, but i think weight drop has more to do with my system being purged. So i'd expext the weight to go up a little as i start eating again today (if it doesn't come back up :-S)

nothin new about stretchin. i think the added weight came from me going out to dinner with a friend i hadn't seen in almost a year. went to applebees and i couldn't find nothin that looked tasty on the low cal menu, and i didn't just wanna eat a salad. So i got the very tasty quesadilla burger. I only ate half and half the fries. Somewhere around 350 cal. But I also ate this really late which helped. Checking applebees nutrition later, like 150 of those cals were straight from fat ugghh...but it was good :D.

alright, so today i woke up on time and was ready to go but my comp is takin a crap on me so i cant get access to my videos. After i get home from school (where im writing this right now) i'll steal the videos my roomate is using or try to fix my comp (something like this has happened before). im posting this non-workout message so dvg doesn't freak out all day because i haven't posted early (so im not beings called 50 times while at school). I should re-update this with workout after i do it with my diet

alright, i just finished my workout. got my comp working again, and yes it was the same issue it's had in the past. i didn't completely finish legs/back today. skipped the last 5 exercises cause my back was starting to tweek out after carrying around a very heavy backpack all day, and then doing legs and back exercises. didn't wanna re-injure my back after getting it to almost normal conditions again. skipped abs all together.

Hell F'ing Yeah! A milestone has been reached :D

Yes, i have broken the 3 bill barrier mark. I'm so happy right now you dont even know. It's been a long time since i've ever thought i'd be able to stick to a workout program/diet long enough to pass this mark. I'd like to thank dvg-p90x for starting this competition with me and bringing out my competitive side for my best results and most determination. And also thanks goes to Tony Horton and the Beachbody team for such an awesome program.

As for the workout, i tore it up today. I was pumped and determined to try harder than ever before. This is in part due to dvg's google document to record my data and i didn't want to look like a slacker my first recording. I even attempted excercises i hadn't done much of in the past because they kicked my butt (chair dips, side tri rise, 1 arm pushups) and i did these exercises alot better than i thought i would. Every day i do the abs i see a greater improvement. the first time i tried it, the first 3 exercises killed me cause u had to hold ur posture up. Today i was reflecting on that and i cruise through those parts without any trouble holding my torso up. I think my assumption yesterday about not eating late is paying off. As yesterday i ate my dinner at 5pm and again i lost weight rather than packed it on while i slept with a late dinner. Im going to try to continue this to see if the trend stays alive.

the roller coaster ride

So i guess im still not dont adjusting, cause im still up and down like a roller coaster :P. I'll place some blame on me throwing my 2hr break between meals a little off course cause in the middle of the day i had a meeting that lasted almost 4hrs, so it made my last 3 meals really close together, and alot closer to bedtime than i like. I like to have atleast 2 hrs after my last meal before i go to sleep.

but the yoga went alot better than last week. I still skip the parts that i cannot get into the moves, but i'd say i participated in 80% of the video. Got a great sweat going. My back still has a few little twangs in a couple of the moves.

back on track healthy style

awesome, i lost some weight again and im consuming more calories. I've added another meal, lean cuisine style like dvg and threw in a granola bar on certain days to add to my fruit. Also, i've got some more variety in my fruit, so its not just peaches everyday. I think my body is starting to adjust to the higher calories again, cause like dvg even though im eating every 2hrs when im walkin to the kitchen, i feel the grumble (maybe its my stomach is linked to my brain and somehow knows food is coming lol). Also, i recalculated some of my older foods to try and get calories more exact rather than approximate numbers. Like i expected, my weight would bounce up a little after increasing caloric intake and now im hoping it continues down or atleast sticks to the same and doesn't jump up again.

I was rippin up the bicep exercises, lol, i actually broke one of the clips on one of my bands. Need to go buy a replacement. increased the weight on my pullups so im doing closer to 8 reps each time. For the abs, even though i still have some small back pains, i did almost all. Didn't do the last one, but all the others i either did 3/4 to all of the exercises.
