so i got a real late start and i have no way of doing my pullups right now. So i kinda did a half-a$$ workout today. Only did the first set of pushups because i was gathering a crowd and like dvg i dont like crowds watching me workout. skipped abs. On the plus side, i went out playing volleyball last night and got a good 1-2 hrs of exercise. Probably do it again in a few days. Downside was i ate at like 10pm last night (half hamburger and a salad).
