alright, so today i woke up on time and was ready to go but my comp is takin a crap on me so i cant get access to my videos. After i get home from school (where im writing this right now) i'll steal the videos my roomate is using or try to fix my comp (something like this has happened before). im posting this non-workout message so dvg doesn't freak out all day because i haven't posted early (so im not beings called 50 times while at school). I should re-update this with workout after i do it with my diet

alright, i just finished my workout. got my comp working again, and yes it was the same issue it's had in the past. i didn't completely finish legs/back today. skipped the last 5 exercises cause my back was starting to tweek out after carrying around a very heavy backpack all day, and then doing legs and back exercises. didn't wanna re-injure my back after getting it to almost normal conditions again. skipped abs all together.
