so like i said i went out partying last night. I had to indulge a little in the fun since its been so long. For records sake i had about 50 oz of Miller Lite, 2 chips with cheese, 2 wings, and half of a turkey/ham focassia (or whatever) and a small salad. So i'd say that was about 700 cal.

Workout today went really well even though its been so long since i've done it.
