another great one

i was tearin this baby up today. Did every last part of the warmup routine which i normally skip the last couple lunges and squat reaches. I was doing all the jumps in the jump routines rather than just bouncin up too my toes. Had a few interuptions and an audience briefly but i still did the best to date. The poundage gain doesn't bother me cause im eating very eratically right now and i wont get back into my steady eat routine for another few days. But considering such a gnarly workout today, im thinkin there may be some loses tomorrow, but tonights party might say otherwise :P
