so, today i woke up and wasn't really feeling up to doing yoga. Yesterday i was busy all day and today is shaping up the same way. got too much on my mind and cant get into the mindset required for yoga. so i didn't do too much before i stopped the tape. my weight increase i attribute to not sweatin some water off during yoga, as well as me eating my dinner VERY late last night because i was swamped all day and couldn't eat at my normal time.
