i missed my post and had to skip my workout yesterday cause i was in a frantic all day. Doing homework all day, and in the down time i was changing my radiator on my truck.

total: who knows ~1400 cal

There is no mention of how well you stuck to the previous days "guidelines". You cannot get off that easy. =P
