i couldn't wake up on time today to do the workout. then i had an early meeting that ran way long so i didn't get to finish todays till just now. i had to call it early cause my back was starting to tweak out on me. i think this happened cause i was doing it later (this seems to be a trend). So i skipped abs so i didn't aggrevate my back anymore
