Oh YEAH!!! Now thats extreme results. I've heard of routines that claim 10 pounds in 2 weeks to be awesome results. I've even been told my past workouts were crazy with 30lbs in 1 month. But holy cow, hitting 21 lbs in 10 days is EXTREME!!! And i LOVE P90X. Once i'm done with my 90 days these bad boy workouts aren't gonna collect dust. Pop these babies in whenever i need a pickme up :) .
Anyways, onto todays workout. Did full reps on everything but the tricep ground lifts and seat lifts. Put on some stronger bands than i used last week also. Arms are tired right now. Participated to almost a full extent in the ab workout. Just missed the last exercise, and parts of the balance on your butt while moving torso and legs at same time.

H/T Sandwich (250 Cal)
CN Soup (220 Cal)
