Back on track

Yoga
Weight after: 312.2 lbs

So yet again this is by far my worst and most hated routine. And it all stems from me being overweight and not being able to do half the moves. So I did what i could and skipped the rest. Got a mild sweat going but not too much exertion.

Diet for Rest of Day:
Water (0 Cal)
Cereal (280 Cal)
Canned Peaches: Lite, Drained (150 Cal)
H/T Sandwich (250 Cal)
CN Soup (220 Cal maybe if im hungry)

Total: 680 or 900 cal
