No abs today

Legs, back, abs
Weight after: 311.2 lbs

Today I barely made it through the legs/back routine. Didn't even attemp the abs. Coming to the end of the legs/back i wasn't feeling so great and whats weird is this is the 1 week aniversary of the last time i felt bad after a routine. I think this has to do with not having the normal supply of mini breaks throughout the routine. Most of the routines have 30sec breaks after 3-4 exercises. This one has One 1min break right in the middle. I think this caused my heart rate to be elevated to high levels for the whole 50min workout causing me to feel really tired and not very well by the end of the routine. Anyways, i still got a good workout. lookin forward to kenpo

Diet for Rest of Day:
Water (0 Cal)
Cereal (280 Cal)Canned Peaches: Lite, Drained (150 Cal)
H/T Sandwich (250 Cal)
CN Soup (220 Cal maybe if im hungry)

Total: 680 or 900 cal
