So today i rearranged some of the furniture in my room to be able to do some of the moves in this routine. I got a much better workout than last time cause i only skipped 3 routines compared to about half of em last time. This got me sweatin and breathin like a champ and the results showed in my poundage. skipped bow/boat, prison pushups, and dreya roll.

diet for today:
water: 0 cal
omelete: 250 cal
peaches, lite/drained: 150 cal
h/t sandwich: 250 cal

total: 650 cal

I don't know how you guys can do P90X on so few calories. I'd be wiped out but it sounds like it's working great for both of you.
