Woot! this week got all the way through. A few sets i couldn't complete (mostly low squat to jump exercises). But I felt that i didn't have much trouble with the rest. Hung in, breathed hard, got it done, but yet again although im breathing i dont feel out of breath which is awesome! Sports routine in the end it a great way to end the whole routine cause its fun exercises :D. I dont think i'll be in a much soreness afterwards like last week, but i'll still take today slow since my muscles are spent.

Canned Peaches Drained (~150)
Footlong H/T Sandwich + Lemonade (620 cal)
