alright, i dont know wtf is going on. 2 days in a row i've put weight back on and i dont know why. im hoping tomorrows more intense workout puts me back in the right direction. nothing new about this workout, stretching as usual

canned peaches, lite/drained: 150 cal
h/t sandwich: 250 cal
canned green beans: 70 cal
