this was a great workout. i've been looking forward to a workout that just burns your arms to a crisp. i know we had chest and shoulder earlier, but like they said, it was mainly chest and shoulders. I loved how at the end of this, my arms were so tired i could barely reach em up above my head to do the cooldown stretches. AWESOME!!!! now im looking forward to the bicep one in 2 days.
oh, and for anyone interested, my omeletes are actually looking like omeletes now rather than a mix of eggs/veggies/meat. the problem was the skillet i was using before was all metal with no nonstick surface so i picked up a new skillet with a tephlon coat so the eggs wont stick and can actually fold and slide off the pan
diet for today:
water: 0 cal
omelete: 250 cal
canned peaches, lite/drained: 150 cal
h/t sandwich: 250 cal
total: 650 cal
