Weight after 313.8
So my weight went up 1lb. I think that has to do with my late night dinner with the friends. Ate the footlong sub around 8:30 which is 2hrs later than i normally do. So i think i ended up carrying most of those calories to bed with me rather than burning em off while im still active. Anyways, no worries. Got an awesome workout today. Really pushed my arms and shoulders to the extreme. And I did atleast half the reps in abs on all the workouts and all of the reps on about 4-5 of them.
Diet for Rest of Day:
Water (0 Cal)
Cereal (280 Cal)
Canned Peaches: Lite, Drained (150 Cal)
H/T Sandwich (250 Cal)
CN Soup (220 Cal maybe if im hungry)
Total: 680 or 900 cal
