good workout today, did all the moves without having to stop like the last couple of times. although i did still skip abs because i just dont feel the abs after a leg workout (since half the ab moves require leg moves which doesn't work with dead legs)

diet today
water: 0 cal
omelete: 250 cal
canned peaches, lite/drained: 150 cal
h/t sandwich: 250 cal

total: 650 cal
