well, i dont know what happened cause i haven't changed anything about my diet. Maybe i packed on some muscle to my arms. They've been dead tired the last few days, my left arm is still a little sore right at the elbow joint. good workout anyways

canned peaches, lite/drained: 150 cal
canned green beans: 70 cal
Total: 720 cal
