You can rest when your dead

Day 22/90
Yoga
Weight after 308.6 lbs

So today was full of turmoil throwin my routine in a loop. I woke up my usual time 5am this morning but not to jump right into my exercises. I had to finish a bunch of drawings for my senior design that my teamate was picking up at 8am. After that, i had to go to the store cause i had no more cereal and thus enabled the perfect time to start making my omlette i've been craving. After my workout I made my 1st omlette ever and it wouldn't of won any beauty contests but it tasted good. Tomorrow get no bologna and less eggs (bologna in omlette not as good as i thought it might be and 3 jumbo eggs was too much...lol). Lol...the top looked like a mess of eggs instead of a crisp fold over and the stuffin wasn't really stuffing but just filling spilling out all over the place.

But too my workout. I decided I should put more effort into this routine even though I hate it so dearly. And i gotta say, puttin that extra effort in goes miles. My head was drippin from about 10min in. There were so many times sweat was either in my eyes, or in my mount, or drippin off my nose onto the floor. Which just inspired me more. For the first half, (all the upper and downward dog) i did all the moves but the last 2 due to their advanced nature. And for the balance poses i did the first few, then skipped some advanced ones in the middle, then picked up with all the stretching. I did about 3/4 of the yoga abs 7 special.
