So today was yoga again. And this routine i dont care for that much because alot of the moves are way to advanced for my non flexible oversized self. But atleast I was attempting most of them again. There are a few parts that I skipped because I could not get into the position. But of the moves that I could get into, I performed them better this week than last.
Diet for Rest of Day:
Water (0 Cal)
Cereal (280 Cal)
Canned Peaches: Lite, Drained (150 Cal)
H/T Sandwich (250 Cal)
CN Soup (260 Cal)
Total: 940 cal
