im actually fine with the lack of weight loss considering i had such a big dinner last night, and generally you will hold that weight for a couple of days (thats how long it takes to pass). So i expect to start losing again tomorrow. this was a pretty awesome workout also. my biceps were feelin the burn really early. i also made a change this workout. i used to do the pullups with the bands attached to a hook in the wall. but since my room isn't big enough, its not challenging anymore. So i started using my bench/weight set. Which has a pullup attachment (lat tower whatever) that i can use and ramp up the weight as i get stronger. I have about 260 lbs of plate weights, its just a matter of if the tower can handle that much weight...lol.
diet for today:
water: 0 cal
omelete: 250 cal
canned peaches, drained/lite: 150 cal
h/t sandwich: 250 cal
total: 650 cal
