Like that catchy slogan Tony uses before Ab Ripper, thats how i feel about this workout. I've always had tree trunk legs full of muscle due to my weight and activity playing sports. So, having a workout that can actually burn my legs to a crisp is great even though i dread going into it because i know its gonna school me. Friday night party with the pals today.

Water (0 cal)
Cereal (280 cal)
Canned Peaches Drained (150 maybe)
Footlong H/T Sandwich + Lemonade (620 cal)
Total: 900-1050 cal
