Stretch it Out

Weight After: 317.2 lbs

So, nothin much to say about routine, its all stretching. I almost got up into the vertical body stretch thing. An inch more and i would've had my balance over my neck. As for the weight thing, i know this workout isn't intensive. But I think dvg-p90x and I are experiencing that workout platuea. Unfortunately its seeming to happen too early :( cause i still got 2 more weeks before the routine changes. Anyways, i'll see how weight goes after tomorrow's more intensive workout.

Diet for Rest of Day:
Water (0 Cal)
Cereal (280 Cal)
Canned Peaches: Lite, Drained (150 Cal)
H/T Sandwich (250 Cal)
CN Soup (220 Cal maybe if im hungry, yesterday i wasn't so i didn't eat the soup)
Total: 680 or 900 cal
