its yoga time

So i still dont like this routine very much, but like last time i put full effort into it and did all the moves that i could get into. not the same super loss as before but i was sweating up a storm again.

diet for today:
water: o cal
omelete: 250 cal
canned peaches, lite/drained: 150 cal
h/t sandwich: 250 cal

total: 650 cal
