So just like everyweek yesterday was friday and i had mexican food for dinner. And i probably ate more than i should and i think im still carrying it in my body for the weigh in. Had a good workout today punchin and kickin to victory.

omelet: 250cal
peaches drained/lite: 150cal
H/T sandwich: 250 cal
Total 650 cal
