Uhhghghhhhghhgggghhhggggg. Well, i did all of the legs and back routine like usual. With more participation. I only got about halfway through abs routine cause i was feelin really crappy. I still am feeling really crapy. I write this as I eat my breakfast normally, and i feel bad enough that i've had about 5 spoonfuls of my Cereal. I think im gettin sick. Anyways, hope i feel better for kenpo tomorrow morning.
