so yesterday halfway through the day, i got this pain in the lower right portion of my back. as the day went on it intensified to where i had to take pain medication cause i couldn't bend over or reach out in front of me. I dont know how i got this knot like feeling, all i did was stretch yesterday.
So, i was hoping a good nights rest would aleviate the problem. I woke up and felt good, but within 5 min of walking around and starting the routine. The pain came back even worse, now it feels like a knife is in my back and everytime i take a step a pain shoots through my back). I didn't get far into the routine before i had to stop to sit down/lay down to relieve the pain. Today I have to take off from school, (bad that im missing team meeting with company, but im missing 1 class that doesn't hold session very often cause its just a guide class for senior design). I need to get my rest so i can get back on track for tomorrow if I want any success at plyo and gettin back to school
