yoga

so today was yoga, my least favorite routine. and i woke up and just couldn't get into it this morning. i have alot to do today and i was more focussed on that rather than "clearing my mind" so i made it through about 30min of this routine before i stopped it cause i couldn't focus and get into it.
diet for today:
water: 0 cal
omelete: 250 cal
canned peaches, lite/drained: 150 cal
h/t sandwich: 250 cal
total: 650 cal
