Chest, Back, Abs
Weight After: 314.6 lbs
What Plateau? All i hit was a speed bump. I got an awesome workout with the chest and back. Feels great burning those muscles down to nothingness. As for the abs, I was doing awesome throughout the beggining only missing a few reps in each set. But started to drain through the middle. Did all the obliques.
Diet for Rest of Day:
Water (0 Cal)
Cereal (280 Cal)
Canned Peaches: Lite, Drained (150 Cal)
H/T Sandwich (250 Cal)
CN Soup (220 Cal maybe if im hungry)
Total: 680 or 900 cal

so you are liking the X huh? I am currently in phase 2 of the X. I have lost 30 lbs so far using turbo Jam and hip hop abs- lookng to lose at least 20 more by July!
I see you post every day that is great accountabilty for your self!
