weight after: 302.4 lbs

so today i woke up and my back isn't hurting nearly as bad as it was the last 2 days. I think my almost full day of rest helped it alot. But there was still a mild sting the whole time, and a sharper in certain posistions (marching with left leg out right arm up). To avoid reinjuring my back in such a high intensity workout, i didn't do much of the jump moves, if there was a jump i would spring up to my tip toes. And i would shuffle my feet rather than jump my feet on the switch stances. Even with these modifications, i still got an awesome workout. I was drenched by the end. Since, i'm trying to pull up my caloric intake like dvg-p90x's doctor suggested for optimum health, thats what i attribute my weight gain too. My body was probably in a quasi starving mode, thats probably why i wasn't that hungry even though i was consuming so few calories. Yesterday I ate my 5 meals and felt stuffed all day. But, im not worried about small weight gains right now. What i care about is health, and how i look when im done, weight is not an issue for me. If im 300 lbs when i finish but am loaded with muscle and not too much body fat i'll still feel just as successful as if i end being 260 lbs with less muscle and not much body fat.

6" sub w/chips,drink: 450 cal
